IDIA

IDIA is a mythological horror film written by Jasper Aziegbemhin and Ese Ariremu. The story follows an orphan adopted into a strange family, where she uncovers a riveting and unsettling history that changes everything she thought she knew.
Directed by Ese Ariremu and Jide Oyegbile, the film was produced by Jasper Aziegbemhin, with cinematography by Courage Obayuwana. IDIA was distributed by Silverbird Film Distribution and premiered across West African cinemas during Halloween 2025, emerging as the highest-grossing Nollywood horror release of the year.
The film has since embarked on its international festival journey, earning selections across Asia, North America, and Europe. It won the Best Audience Award at the Bangkok Movie Awards, received a Best Feature Film nomination at the 2026 DGN Awards, and earned four nominations at the 2026 Toronto International Film Festival, including Best African Film and Best Actress for Linda Osifo.
PREY

PREY is an award-winning short film confronting the devastating realities of male child sexual abuse and drug abuse.
Written and produced by Jasper Aziegbemhin, the film follows Obinna, a young boy subjected to hawking who finds himself vulnerable to the manipulation and exploitation of a predator.
The film earned an Acting Award for Solomon Madu, was nominated for Best Narrative Short at TINFF, and became a finalist for Best Short Film at the AFRIFF Globe Awards.
TIDE

Starring Kunle Remi and Uche Montana, TIDE is a romantic drama following Zoey and Melvin, two strangers whose lives intersect in unexpected ways.
Directed by Femi Akinosolotu and produced by Eva Okechukwu and Jasper Aziegbemhin, the film was written and executive produced by Jasper Aziegbemhin in his fourth year of doctorate school.
TIDE premiered on Africa Magic Showcase and DStv Showmax, where it quickly became a fan favourite. It later premiered on YouTube in 2025, amassing over 3 million views and expanding its audience beyond traditional broadcast platforms.
SWEET GIRL

Sweet Girl is a gritty short drama exploring the realities of prostitution, survival, and the search for a better life in Nigeria.
The story follows Charity, a young woman whose pursuit of a better future draws her into a world far more complicated and dangerous than she anticipated.
The film was developed as part of a collection of compelling short stories commissioned by Golden Mhinutes Pictures, exploring complex and often uncomfortable themes within Nigerian society. The collection also includes Stain, Prey, and Widows Mite (2022).
Released on YouTube, Sweet Girl resonated with audiences and established the foundation for a larger story.
A Sweet Girl television series is currently in development at Golden Mhinutes Pictures, promising a grittier world, more complex characters, heightened dramatic sequences, and a deeper exploration of the social realities surrounding prostitution in Nigeria.
